VennView
This section allows to create a Venndiagram like analysis of the data. Select a data ranges from the various screens you are interested in and hit the 'Show results matching the above criteria' button
Select a datarange of interest for each screen using the sliders below. For the RNAi low transcription screen we consider all genes above a z-score of 2.5 as scored, for the RNAi high screen all genes with a z-score of 2 or bigger. For proteomic experiments, we consider a protein recruited to CSB, RNAPII or chromatin if it features a z-score of 1.5 or bigger. A protein is dissociationg from CSB, RNAPII or chromatin if it features with a z-score of -1.5 or smaller in an experiment. A phosphorylation event is considered to increase upon UV-treatment if it has a z-score of 1.5 or higher. If the post-translational modification z-score is below -1.5, the PTM is considered to decrease upon UV-irradiation.
Currently all datapoints are selected. Narrow down the range by moving the sliders. Queries for individual experiments are linked by 'AND'. E.g. selecting the 'scored' ranges of two individual experiments will give you the genes that have scored in BOTH experiments. All other sliders should in this instance be set from minimum to maximum.
Display genes that have scored in the following screens:
